It was nice while it lasted ...

So bye-bye, Miss American pie.
Drove my Chevy to the levee,
But the levee was dry.
And them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’ this’ll be the day that I die.
This’ll be the day that I die.

Oh the Drama

You really have little faith in this country and its people... I think Junior did far more to damage this country and its image then BHO has even had a CHANCE to so far.

* more years of entertainment... I so wish you had cable.

A good life is a series of happy accidents.
More a Black Comedy I'd say.

I don't know what irritates leftists more, that I so simply and easily expose them and their ideas for what they are, or that I do so with humor and an exuberance of spirit grounded in the fact that I myself am so happy to be alive and kicking (them) and they know they can't get under my skin as I do theirs.

I don't need the shills on cable to entertain me. I am "Mr. Entertainment" myself and find no end to the ways of amusing myself.

I'll put you down as supporting President Barack "The Centrist" Obama's "Stimulus" Bill. As you know I called all of this from the beginning and named it what it is - Socialism/Fascism.

Who is John Galt?

OK - if you want to believe it - though I am not sure what you think you have exposed.

SO what was it called when it was Junior's economic plan?

Amazing that I have seen none of the neighbors heading for their bomb shelters or hoarding ammunition in preparation for the apocalypse that is just BOUND to come from this.

I am SO gonna love the next 8 years.

and I have seen plenty of anti Obama humor...

Ya know - there are sooo many deep flaws with Objectivism... and Galt was ... uh ... how can I break it to you ...

fictitious.

what's that... OH ... THAT John Galt...
the Scottish Novelist and Administrator of a nut house...

Silly me

;-)

Re: A good life is a series of happy accidents.
Mike, your cred is totally shot.

For a year and a half I've been exposing the left. The fact that you choose not to read 98% of what I say is no fault of mine.

While you and the other 52% were buying the fiction, I was telling the truth and predicting what would happen. It's on the record.

Every week verifies what I've said.

Btw, I was one of the few who stood up and said from the start the stimulus under President Bush was a bad idea. At least he was responding to what his advisers warned would happen and wanted to put the money into people's pockets and the banks' coffers to loan.

I have always criticized the former president when I disagreed with him - the stimulus, Amnesty, Dubai, etc.

I hope you have a Plan-B when his tax cuts (that were blasted by the media and the Dems) end next year - around $1,200 a year on average per family.

Liberals live in a Looking Glass</i> world. I show them the truth of what's happening and for that I get responses typical of yours. They call me names. They change the subject. They ignore the facts and/or bury their heads in the sand. And lastly, they run away.

It never changes.

Oh, and Barack Obama is a fictional creation - in case you haven't noticed.

God save us from the "libs"
I feel the same way as you do, I worry about what will become of our great nation after the Messiah & his followers spend us into hell and back. I survived the Carter years but I'm scared to death now with what's going on in DC and will be happening the next 4 years with this America hater in the White-house. The idiots who voted for him are all out for what they think he will provide for them, not realizing all the freedoms they will lose. I assume they don't care, but I do, especially for my daughters & my precious granddaughter Peyton.

Re: God save us from the "libs"
I'd say don't lose your faith.

Prepare yourself and encourage everyone around you to prepare for their own well-being and future.

People will come to realize what they've done. Just don't become disillusioned. Alert people who don't know what's going on on what's happening without becoming argumentative.

The broken promises. The lack of ethics. The double standards. Obama's phony campaign compared to what he's actually doing. Tax cheats. Lobbyists. What ever happened to centrism? One gaffe after another. It's amateur hour in Washington D.C.

We should all keep out heads and keep them above water. I use humor as much as I can. You can hardly ever make a lib
admit he or she was wrong, but you can ridicule, make fun of them, by reminding them of what they said and what they stood for, and what they've brought upon us.

Keep up on current events without letting them get to you. Strength comes from knowing you stand on the facts and on the truth.
