ATT. GENERAL TELLS CONGRESSMAN PETER KING HE HASN'T READ THE ARIZONA LAW ... HOW DOES HE JUSTIFY DROPPING NEW BLACK PANTHER VOTER INTIMIDATION CASE

I mean ... did he actually read the charges and evidence (I have a video link below)?

You remember the New Black Panther voter intimidation case, right? I reported on the story on Election Day 2008 and included video of the heavily armed individuals "guarding" a Philadelphia polling place, and of how Republican poll watchers were allegedly being thrown out of Democrat districts last November:

Well, Eric Holder didn't think this worthy of prosecution with actual evidence (assuming he read it), but he is considering suing the State of Arizona for passing an "unconstitutional" law designed to enforce federal law without having even read the bill!

Eric Holder Uses the "I Don't Know" and "I'm Not Familiar" Excuse"

Come on!

Is it a little strange that armed New Black Panthers guarding a polling precinct are no problem but asking a driver who has been caught speeding through stop lights for ID is unconstitutional if he or she speaks with an accent?

Look, we warned about this guy when he was first nominated by Obama. He pushed Bill Clinton to sign the "Fat Cat Fugitive" Frank Rich pardon, and the FALN terrorists pardons as well. His law firm represents terrorists and GITMO and he has people in the Justice Department who have represented terrorists (and refuses to tell Congress who they are).

Oh, and just for a kind of sad comedy relief:

Georgia's own Congressman Hank Johnson ... you remember, the guy who thinks Guam might "tip over" if we send too many military there, ( Georgia Congressman Thinks Guam May Tip Over ) uttered this gem in support of Holder and the Obama administration:

"Uhh, GENERAL Holder, there been a number of myths that have, uhhh, been perpetrated, uhhh, by politicians seeking to inject politics into the political process."

This is one of the kinds of people making the difference in Washington D.C. that, by voting on massive legislation they don't understand, is affecting virtually every aspect of your life and turning it over to politicians seeking to inject politics into the political process."

My God! How can we survive with people like Eric Holder and Hank Johnson (not to mention scores of other left wing Democrats) in Government?

I read about this on James Taranto's WSJ Best of the Web. Holder is a complete and utter nincompoop.
