TWELVE MORE RAFTERS TO GO

It was another beautiful morning, rather hot during the middle of the day. I need more wood again since Home Depot has been low. I may have to get my axe and start chopping my own.

Now my advice for those who die
Declare the pennies on your eyes

All work and no play make Ed a dull boy.

It's coming great Monsieur Edmond! :D

The glimpse I saw, (below the picture), of the window, and wood, look rustic and so nice; lovely.

Hope you have the chance to rest a little!

Take care,
Jude :D

Thank you for the kind words, Mademoiselle.

Yes, I like the rustic look of my guest/play room too, although Katrina tore away some of the siding and trim which I will have to repair and refinish too. It is a little too rustic now. *lol*

The main portion of my house to the left is brick. The roof structure there is pretty much intact, although I will have to replace the roofing tiles and the gutters and fascia.

Still an awful lot to do, Judith, so not much time for rest or play, except in my dreams. :)

I will start trimming the ends of my rafters and toe-nailing the ends of the old joices I haven't already done so. It will be very strong, I promise. I hope you are well. I am okay.
