AFL-CIO UNION BOSS RICHARD TRUMKA WAS GLOATING THREE YEARS AGO AFTER
HELPING OBAMA, PELOSI & REID 'RAM OBAMACARE DOWN OUR THROATS

THEN:

"(We) Drove It Down Republicans' Throats and It Came Out Their Backsides.” - Richard Trumka

Cute, huh! They really showed us.

NOW:

WAAAAAAHHH ... IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE ... IT'S A TRAINWRECK ... IT HURTS ...
YOU BROKE YOUR PROMISES ... FIX IT OR WE WANT AN EXEMPTION TOO!

Awww ... can't keep your doctor? Rates skyrocketing instead of going down? Can't find a job or having your hours cut if you have one? Your employer sending you to the government where you hope you can get your neighbor (or your grandchildren) to subsidize you? Want an exemption? Worried that rationing might prevent your parents and grandparents from getting the medical care they need?

Want a waiver? Get in line with the unions.

And after the president and his family. And Nancy Pelosi and her family and staffers. And Harry Reid and his family and staffers. After their fat-cat crony capitalist friends. Federal employees and the bureaucracy. And the IRS (which is empowered to run it and force YOU to comply). And a growing list of special interest groups favored by Obama and the Democrats who, with the help of people like Trumka, rammed ObamaCare down our throats but don't want any part of it themselves and alreaqdy have exemptions.

What? You don't belong to a special interest group? You're not a government employee? You're not part of the entitlement vlass? You're just a hard-working tax-paying American? Too bad!

Funny, isn't it? We The People are overwhelmingly against it but we are being FORCED to accept it but THEY are exempt from it or get subsidies paid for by us. Yep, it's absolutely hilarious.

And you actually voted for this.

The problem is the law empowers the head of HHS, etc. to make changes and establish policies as they see fit. The government discriminates against people all the time - just look at the progressive income tax. And ObamaCare, despite the idiotic and incoherent Supreme Court ruling, in which Roberts basically rewrote and refined the law while ignoring the Constitution is a trainwreck.

There's also the problem of "standing" and who actually can "sue the government" and for what?

The best course, it would seem to me, would be for the House to refuse to fund the discretionary parts of the law because it is no longer the law that was passed after Obama's unconstitutional changes and revisions - but the timid GOP establishment is too scared and besides, they like big government too.

The only thing that would work is, when things get so bad the American people can't ignore it anymore, people rise up in protest, and make it clear they'll "clean house" come 2014 and do it with passion and fluency.

So far that majority has shown me nothing and if they wait much longer it'll be too late. The Constitution is almost gone already. IMHO

Anyone denied a waiver can sue on the grounds that the waivers were not granted according to rules that have a rational relationship to a legitimate government purpose. A much higher bar than other forms of discrimination, but still -- I think they've passed it.
