I thought all you liberals just ADORED KO?

And his boss ... Al Gore.

How could you let this happen? Olbermann was your hero. The voice of the left. Now left to be thrown out by an unwatched liberal network ... which was paying him $10 million a year.

Gee ... I wonder how much George Soros contributes to these left-wing boondoggles.

On a positive note, this reminds me of one of those old Cheech and Chong routines where Tommy says:

"Wow! He got kicked outta the ghetto man?"

Thanks, Mr. O. That was good for a great laugh ... even in light of poor Keith's slide into irrelevance.

Oh, well, maybe someone else will give him another chance. Maybe he'll have an epiphany, a late conversion, start to rat on all his liberal friends, turn against Obama, write a book in which he eschews his leftist ideology, and then begs Greta, Dennis Miller, Sean Hannity, and *gasp* Rush Limbaugh to grant him interviews so he can reveal how he's "seen the light".

On the other hand ...

I guess Olbermann, because he's so "fair", would say that a man can be "... a mashed-up bag of meat with lipstick on it" too.

Especially repulsive liberal blowhards like KO and AG.

But I wouldn't say that myself, understand. I'm much too civil.

Did he actually have a following?
I've only watched his show ... well... never...

I think he might have come on once or twice surfing channels while I was on the road. Personally I never got him.

A couple times I think I heard him make a good point now and then...

So what?

Did he actually have a following?

I guess that means he had a following.

he was an attack dog for the Democrat Party ... even when he was doing his sports appearances.

hey, nmike ... your side is FULL of similar types (not always so flamboyant) who speak for the Democrats and attack republicans and conservatives.

Chris Matthews
Rachel Madow
Andrea Mitchell
Ed Schultz
George Stephanpoulos
Lawrence O'Donnell
Mika Brzezinski
Bob Scxhieffer
Charlie Rose
Etc. etc.

All exist to advance the Obama/Democrat narrative and attack conservatives.

So whio is YOUR favorite political commentator ... Jon (potty mouth)Stewart ... uhm I thought he's just" a comedian? ;-)

Re: Did he actually have a following?
Let's see... :
Chris Matthews - HORRID Blowhard nut job!
Rachel Madow - Entertaining, if a little too far left for me.
Andrea Mitchell - I don't think we've met.
Ed Schultz - HA HA HA HA HA - the lefty Limbaugh - He's nothing but good entertainment and a laugh. I dislike it from the "right"(IU) so I dislike it from the "left")
George Stephanpoulos - Ah - he's "ok" hardly one to get excited over. Interviews and speaks well.
Lawrence O'Donnell - Nope...
Mika Brzezinski - Big nope?
Bob Scxhieffer - Nope
Charlie Rose - Boring... REALLY boring

Am I supposed to LIKE these people or what? Now you have me confused (not really - just chuckling)...

When will you learn - I get most of my broadcast news from BBC and NPR and only a sliver of that... I get most of my news off AP, Reuters, BBC, I know you will love this one... Huffington, and a collection of liberal and conservative bloggers. I also listen to Limbaugh (mouthwash please) and Hannity (both AM talk radio I get at home (now pass that mouthwash again) and several magazines (and not "any of them, all of them") that I read mostly while I am traveling... Harpers, Atlantic, US News and World Report (but not lately getting hard to find) Time and local papers around the country including Jax.
